Established in October 2006 the One More Music Company combines the creative talents of Mark Campbell and David Arch to compose, arrange and produce music for commercials, television, and corporate projects. Mark and David are able to call upon freelance musicians James Nisbet and Rob Taggart, who work exclusively with One More Music Company.
Between them, Mark, David, James, and Rob have arranged and composed music to accompany commercials for some of the largest brands in the world, including British Airways, Ford, Nike, Volvo, Walkers, Tesco, Heinz, Mars and Orange. Their commercial projects have run alongside working and recording with some of the biggest names inthe music industry such as Robert Plant, Texas, Paul McCartney, Lilly Allen, Crowded House, Rod Stewart, Joss Stone, Westlife, Annie Lennox and Kylie Minogue.
Based within Soho Recording Studios in London's West End, the One More Music Company are continuing to enjoy their success working on commercials, television and corporate projects whilst also developing the company’s portfolio arranging and composing music for documentaries and drama.
Mark joined Joe&Co music company as a sound engineer in 1986. Over the years he has worked in London and New York with major artists including Robert Plant, Squeeze, Texas, Crowded House and Paul Rogers.
Between projects, Mark formed a partnership with David Arch and they started writing music for television commercials. They are now moving into their 22nd year together and they are regarded as one the most respected and successful teams in this field. Their partnership has led to many successful commercial compositions including British Airways, Nike, Ford, Walkers, Tesco, Tango, Heinz and Orange. They also compose and arrange for TV with recent credits including Emmerdale, GMTV, The BAFTA Awards and Airline.
In addition to his collaboration with Mark, David has a parallel career writing and arranging music and he also plays the piano and keyboards, most currently on tour with Paul McCartney in surprise venues worldwide to promote his new album Memory Almost Full. Other artists he has recorded with include Annie Lennox, Westlife, Jose Carreras, Robbie Williams and Kylie Minogue.
David has also worked on numerous films and TV shows such as The Queen, The Harry Potter series, Bridget Jones' Diary, Strictly Come Dancing, Poirot and Foyles War. Additionally, he has composed library albums for Kpm, Cavendish, The Music Library, Carlin and Sonoton.Following on from their hugely successful careers to date, in 2006 Mark and David decided to embark on a new venture and they set up One More Music Company Ltd. with Justine Campbell to further expand their portfolio.
Justine has 13 years of experience working in the music production industry, knowledgeable in all aspects of licensing, production, client liaison, new business, and Company Management.
Justine is a co founder of the One More Music Company and, as one of the Company Directors, is applying her considerable experience in the industry to coordinate and steer the company's operational elements and business direction.
James has been in the music business in one form or another for the last 20 years. After discovering an affinity with the guitar at an early age, his first work came as an engineer at Bearsville Studios in New York. In that time he had the opportunity to work with Cindy Lauper, Yes and Bob Clearmountain.
With an education in recording and production behind him, James returned to the UK and has been writing, performing and producing ever since.
Recently he has had his tracks performed by signed artists in the rock and pop industry and used for commercials including Kelloggs, Oxo, and Mars as well as TV shows such as GMTV. He is currently working on his own project "Sinna". The band recently toured with the Fun Loving Criminals and will be releasing their first single later on in the year. James is also working on a project with a couple of the guys from Blur (The Ailerons), as well as an acoustic based project called California Dreaming.
James has had major tour experience with a whole host of top acts including Rod Stewart, Joss Stone, Ronan Keating, and currently Lilly Allen's 09/10 tour. In the studio his sessions have been varied and numerous, ranging from TV scores to commercials to album tracks.
His commercial credits include OXO, Abbey National and Mars and TV includes Parkinson, Jonathon Ross and Jules Holland.
Rob studied at the Royal Academy of Music and has been performing and arranging with great success ever since.
He has recently toured with Just Jack and Katie Melua on her "Pictures" tour recording a live DVD. Performed in Belgrade with Bootyluv (Hed Kandy) for Ferrari Promotion, recorded his 2nd series of The Charlotte Church Show. Played duets with Beverley Knight, Solange Knowles and The Script. Performed in Zurich with Rick Astley and played with Tony Hadley's Big Band. Maintained his chair playing keyboards on "Never Forget" at the Savoy Theatre.
He has also orchestrated 9 song's for "Human Nature Symphony" Album with Australian boy band Human Nature (Sony BMG) due to be released in October 2008.
Rob has performed all over the World and toured extensively with headline acts throughout the UK.
Former Young Disciple Femi Fem’s musical adventure has always been centred around funky good times. Sometimes it’s jazzy, sometimes, soulful, sometimes folksy, but always funky. His varied talents have led to some fantastic ‘A’ list collaborations with the likes of Justin Timberlake, Randy Crawford, Mary J Blige and Darkman.
Currently Femi is working with Matti Roots, Otiz Ryder, Elizabeth Troy of Talkin’ Loud, Sean Escoffrey of Oyster, Kele Le Roc, Lifford David, Blue James of Basement Jaxx and Louise Francis.
His pioneering sound is known the world over from his days in the Young Disciples and since then he has continued to be at the cutting edge, from writing and production, to remixing, Djing and promotion.
He has been in the studio producing and re-mixing with, among others, Estelle, Heidi Vogel, Mattafi x, Just Jack, Booty Luv and The Saturdays.
Spinning a unique blend of funk, rare-grooves, acid jazz and new grooves, his Djing activities have taken him to the cream of the UK clubs, including Cream in Liverpool, Ministry in London, Old Skool in Sheffi eld and The Beetroot in Nottingham. His Djing appeal hasn’t just been limited to these shores. His talents are regularly called upon in Europe, America, the Far East and even down under in Australia.His services are also in demand at various ‘select’ parties and on on sellout tours, such as Janet Jackson, Prince, Stella McCartney, Jamiroquai, Gap, All Saints and Jade Jagger.
Furthermore, Femi also runs a number of clubs including the MOBO award winning Rotation (Friday nights at Subterrania in London), and until the developers moved in he promoted the highly respected Camouflage at The Complex in N1. Other projects on the go include Aces Wild at Woodys in Notting Hill, a residency at the White House, Clapham and saturdays at the Geisha Lounge in Mayfair.
